Policy Amazing Products makes every effort to list the warranty terms on each product it sells. Warranty returns must follow manufacturers terms and may require mailing in a warranty registration card that comes with your product. Products with other than standard manufacture warranty will include details under the "Warranty" tab for that product. Any return directly to Amazing Products MUST have previous return authorization by emailing service@amazingproducts.com. Any return without authorization will be denied. Returns other than warranty Any return directly to Amazing Products MUST have previous return authorization by emailing service@amazingproducts.com. Any return without authorization will be denied. For a 15% restocking fee (plus shipping charges), you may return the unused item within THIRTY DAYS (30) if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Customers are responsible for any missing parts and/or accessories and will not be credited for incomplete returns or for items returned in other than new condition. Apparel must not have been worn or washed. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in like new condition. Returns due to defect or processing errors will not incur a restocking fee. There will be no returns accepted for any non-defective electronic or electrical products. Amazing Products is excited to be able to offer you some of the most competitive prices available. The shipping policies that we have in place are a large part of what allows us to do so. Thank You. Standard shipping charges will normally apply. Our shopping cart will not reflect accurate shipping on orders for items from multiple Amazing Products "stores". Some of these items may be shipped separately, since they come from different sources. In those cases, a minimum of $5.00 shipping per item may apply. Orders over $50.00 must be shipped to billing address of credit card. In many cases this will apply to orders under $50.00 as well. Please email us if you have other needs or note in the "Special instructions/comments" that you are shipping to an address other than the billing address and that we will contact you to discuss. International orders will be charged actual airmail rate with insurance fees. In most cases this will be more than the quoted shipping on the order page. In many cases, payment via wire transfer will be required. If this is the case on your order, you will be notified with details via email. NOTE: Fax & Mail orders paid by personal check are held for ten (10) business days pending clearance of the check. For speedier delivery, cashiers check or money orders are suggested. Amazing Products has ensured that your order will be processed securely and your personal information will be protected. Upon submission of your order, your credit card and all other personal information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. It is then transmitted securely to us and processed, without opportunity for any third party to have access to your credit card information.
