A few things to note:  

Our experience is that we like a bit tighter fit than the specs posted by the company that may be more for endurance and speed athletes than for strength training. Since Rehband products are wearables there are no returns for sizing. Please try on a friends first or have a friend you can trade off with if fit is not perfect.
